No child phone required. Use QR wristbands, stickers, cards, or printed passes.
Less Cash, More Fun.
Kids racing between booths. Parents trying to keep track. Volunteers serving, scanning, and smiling through the rush. FunFairWallet keeps payments simple, safe, and organized — so everyone can enjoy the day.

FunFairWallet is designed around a simple truth: kids want independence, but parents need peace of mind.

FunFairWallet is built by community-minded people, for schools, charities, clubs, and local organizers who bring people together for a good cause. We believe fundraising events should be easier to run, not more expensive to organize. That is why we want FunFairWallet to stay free for the communities that need it most.
Use it at your event. Tell us what helped, what confused people, and what would make the next version better.
If FunFairWallet makes your day easier, you can support the project with a small optional donation, share it with another organizer, or simply send us your feedback. Every bit helps us improve, scale, and keep building something useful for the community.

No. Children do not need phones to use FunFairWallet. They can use printed QR passes, stickers, cards, wristbands, or even keep their QR pass on a smartwatch. Parents can manage the wallet from their own phone, while children simply show or wear their pass at the booths.

No. FunFairWallet is a web-based SaaS product, so it needs internet access to work. For most events, this is not a problem if organizers, cashiers, and booths have reliable 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi, or wired internet. But it is important to be realistic: if your event is in a basement, remote area, field, mountain location, or any place with poor signal, FunFairWallet may not work reliably. Before using it at an event, please make sure the organizer and booth devices have stable internet access.
FunFairWallet is designed to be simple, anonymous, and privacy-friendly. Visitors do not need to provide names, phone numbers, email addresses, card details, or bank information to use a basic event wallet. A family can pay at the cashier, scan a QR code, and receive an anonymous wallet for that event. We do not handle real money inside the visitor wallet. The wallet only tracks event credit, spending, balances, and pass activity for the duration of the event. Less personal data means less stress for families, organizers, and volunteers.
Not yet — and that is intentional. We do not want visitors to install another app just for one school fair, charity day, or community event. FunFairWallet works in the browser, so families can open their wallet from a simple link or QR code. In the future, we may build a dedicated app for organizers, cashiers, and POS use. But visitor wallets and tickets will remain browser-based, so people can join quickly without installing anything.
Yes. You can use FunFairWallet simply as an entrance ticketing and check-in system. You do not have to use the wallet features if you do not need them. The platform is flexible, so your event can use it for entrance passes, admission control, ticket scanning, charity activities, prize draws, or a full event wallet with booth payments and spending limits.
Less cash. Less stress. More smiles. Create a test event and see how FunFairWallet can help your community.
